ThirdGate is a contrarian investor with a long-term and patient investment mandate to make compelling investments. As a result, our firm has a high degree of flexibility regarding investment structure and time horizons, which allows our firm significant advantages compared to other investors. ThirdGate is not required to register as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as defined in the rules promulgated under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
Our principals have decades of investment and operational experience. Alongside our tailored capital solutions, long-term focus, integrated businesses, and global presence investment opportunities are pursued which we believe many of our peers or other market participants ignore due to size, liquidity constraints, or complexity.
